Always wanted to try your hand at butchery but didn't know where to start? Let us show you how.
We have designed your day so that you will leave with a basic understanding of how to break down a carcass, make sausages and cure bacon on the Pork course or bone out and roll a shoulder of lamb ready for the oven on the Lamb course.
Next available dates are:
- Sunday 23rd September - Basic Pork Butchery
- Sunday 14th October - Basic Lamb Butchery
- Sunday 11th November - Basic Pork Butchery
We also do Basic Butchery Gift Vouchers
Basic Butchery costs £85 which includes a 'take-home pack' of the fruits of your labours.
